Melbourne, AU — three companies operating

World champion on skates. Operator off them.

Seven world titles in inline speed skating. Then a pair of work boots in a Melbourne container yard. Today: three companies across logistics, cleaning and remote operations — and a founder log where I publish the decisions, the costs and the misses.

Portfolio

Three companies. One operating standard.

Unglamorous work, run properly. Crews that turn up, sites that pass audit, and people who do the job without being chased.

01

Sipena Logistics

Container crews, forklift teams and general warehouse labour for freight operators who cannot afford a no-show. Loading and unloading, pallet stacking, cross-docking, picking and packing.

02

Sipena Cleaning

Industrial, commercial and residential cleaning built around compliance rather than promises. Fully insured and trained crews across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

Industrial Commercial Compliance

03

PrimeRemote Group

Trained remote operators and assistants for founders who need consistent execution across time zones — without adding another local hire. Recruited, onboarded and managed.

Work with me

What I actually get asked for.

Four ways operators and event teams put me to work. Melbourne in person, anywhere in Australia remote.

01 Keynote speaking

Events and conferences. The athlete-to-operator story with the numbers attached — what elite sport transfers into a business, and what it does not.

02 Leadership & performance workshops

Half- and full-day sessions on discipline, resilience and execution, for teams that have to deliver on a schedule rather than a slide.

03 Business consulting

Owner-level work on operations, culture and execution cadence. Usually the problem is not strategy — it is that nothing has a name, a number and an owner.

04 Labour & facilities partnerships

Direct line to Sipena when you need crews, cleaning programs or remote capacity. One conversation, routed to the right team.

Operating principles

How I make the call.

  1. 01 Measure it or drop it

If a decision cannot be tied to a number I can check next month, it is not a decision. It is a preference wearing a suit.

  2. 02 Show up before it is comfortable

Racing taught me the work happens on the mornings nobody is watching. Business is identical, with worse weather and better coffee.

  3. 03 Scale on systems, not on heroes

A crew that only works because one person is carrying it is not a business, it is a hostage situation. Write it down, name an owner, put a number on it.

  4. 04 Publish the misses

The FLoG carries the calls that did not work. A filtered record teaches nobody anything — least of all the person keeping it.

  5. 05 Multicultural by default

Our crews come from everywhere. I was the guy who arrived with no network and a bad accent. Build the company you would have wanted to be hired by.

  6. 06 Family is not the reward

It is not what you get after the business works. It is the reason the business has to work, and the first thing on the calendar.

FLoG

The founder log.

A public operating diary: what I decided, what it cost, and what the numbers did afterwards. Written for the version of me that has to make the same call again.

Tell me the actual problem.

Crew shortages. A cleaning contract that keeps failing audit. A team that needs capacity without another local hire. A room that needs a speaker. Say which one and I will tell you straight whether I can help.
