The long version

Jamundí to Melbourne, in three chapters.

Chapter 01 1994 — 2018

Roots in Jamundí

Born in Jamundí, Colombia, into a family that worked. Inline speed skating took me from a local track to seven world titles and multiple national championships, and to start lines in Taiwan, Europe and South America. Sport taught me the thing I still run on: the result is decided by what you do on the mornings nobody is watching.

Chapter 02 2019

Reinvention

I retired from professional skating after the national championship in Medellín. No plan B waiting. I went back to university, started a micro-import business selling premium iPhone accessories, and got serious about politics, education and how businesses actually get built. First time I had to find my own motivation without a coach and a race calendar.

Chapter 03 2020 — today

Melbourne in a pandemic

I landed in Australia just before the country shut. Two chaotic weeks in a hostel, then twenty-five days of quarantine. I started as a logistics labourer in Victoria's warehouses and container yards, unloading containers. That floor became Sipena Logistics, then Sipena Cleaning, then PrimeRemote Group — today more than fifty people on the payroll and an office in South Melbourne.

Operating principles

How I make the call.

  1. 01 Measure it or drop it

If a decision cannot be tied to a number I can check next month, it is not a decision. It is a preference wearing a suit.

  2. 02 Show up before it is comfortable

Racing taught me the work happens on the mornings nobody is watching. Business is identical, with worse weather and better coffee.

  3. 03 Scale on systems, not on heroes

A crew that only works because one person is carrying it is not a business, it is a hostage situation. Write it down, name an owner, put a number on it.

  4. 04 Publish the misses

The FLoG carries the calls that did not work. A filtered record teaches nobody anything — least of all the person keeping it.

  5. 05 Multicultural by default

Our crews come from everywhere. I was the guy who arrived with no network and a bad accent. Build the company you would have wanted to be hired by.

  6. 06 Family is not the reward

It is not what you get after the business works. It is the reason the business has to work, and the first thing on the calendar.

Portfolio

Three companies. One operating standard.

Unglamorous work, run properly. Crews that turn up, sites that pass audit, and people who do the job without being chased.

01

Sipena Logistics

Container crews, forklift teams and general warehouse labour for freight operators who cannot afford a no-show. Loading and unloading, pallet stacking, cross-docking, picking and packing.

Container crews Forklift Cross-docking

02

Sipena Cleaning

Industrial, commercial and residential cleaning built around compliance rather than promises. Fully insured and trained crews across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

Industrial Commercial Compliance

03

Prime Remote Group

Trained remote operators and assistants for founders who need consistent execution across time zones — without adding another local hire. Recruited, onboarded and managed.

Tell me the actual problem.

Crew shortages. A cleaning contract that keeps failing audit. A team that needs capacity without another local hire. A room that needs a speaker. Say which one and I will tell you straight whether I can help.
